Where the battery is inserted, that port i accidentally ripped off because i lost the screws to hold my battery in, and while the laptop was opened.. i told myself not to do the thing, but i still did the thing! The charger fell out of the casing and brought everything with it. I could show you an image but my phone is charging. It looks like a clean slice the battery wire itself is still inserted inside of this. I tried for the frick of it to press the metal as accurately as i could on to the remaining pin hole things, but no orange light came up when i put the charger in. What now? I have a soldering iron but i want to get it right but i'm a ret@rd so i'm thinking never to open this laptop again.

U have to take it to the service center or a reliable laptop repair shop. The only issue is that u ripped the connector of the motherboard itself. That has to be soldered back ig.

In your opinion is this a simple soldering job or a more serious matter? I've held my finger against the motherboard with this pin and no light came on when i started it up so i do hope that a proper soldering job will magically fix this problem. Thanks for your input btw.
