can a HDMI port make a flicker on second screen? - aspire f5 573g

I have an Acer aspire f5 573g
when I used a second screen by HDMI cable 
it"s make a flicker on the second screen on all mode (duplicate - extend - only second screen) 
I have tried anther tv and an anther  HDMI cable 
I have already installed the last version of GPU ( intel - Nvidia ) 
and an old version also......
this a new thing like before a 6 months 
I hope it's not the damage in the HDMI port !!!!?

and what is the version of the HDMI port ?? 
and if it was the problem in Port, how it's difficult to repair or change it??

HDMI version 1.4b. Try reducing resolution to reduce flicker. Jack E/NJ

I try to reduce the resolution 
and the same problem
on regular use, it's not making flicker 
when I use a program with FPS or sound it makes flicker

What do you mean by 'regular use'? Are you trying to use an inexpensive passive unpowered HDMI signal splitter to run two monitors from a single HDMI port? Usually can't do that without affecting video signal quality. Jack E/NJ
