Ran GTA V on my integrated Intel GPU, got 20 - 30 fps low settings. However, when I ran it on my MX130 nvidia gpu, on the same settings, I got the same performance of 20 - 30 fps. Isn't the Dedicated GPU supposed to be more powerful and offer me more performance? What can I do to fix this?

PS - While testing this, yes, I checked that the game was running on the Intel and Nvidia GPU on each instance. I also ran the game at 100% battery power while plugged in.

Please don't  post multiple threads on the same subject and then not answer whether or not the suggestions helped in any of them. Stay on one thread and respond to suggestions that are made instead creating new threads. Check ControlPanel power plan is set to performance mode (not balanced or power saver) and that processor states are set to 100% in the advanced settings link. Jack E/NJ

Sorry, my power plan is balanced, and processor states are set to 100%. Cannot seem to see any difference. Any other suggestions?

Try performance mode instead of balanced mode and check that processor states are still 100%. Jack E/NJ
