I'm not going to make this post too long. I sent my laptop to be repaired and it arrived at the centre repair on 5th of September. I contacted acer through facebook, email, twitter and I had the bad experience to be ignored so I had to sent a direct message to have a response from them and calling them, but the result was the same, the only think I get is "We don't have the spare part yet". It's 22 of November and my laptop is still not repaired in 2 months and a half or about 55 days business days. I want to know how to make a legal complaint.

I'm looking forward to hear your ''sorry for the inconvenience caused" and to close my thread and tell me to contact my regional acer.

    Please be informed Acer community is a peer to peer support with users supporting each other. Due to this pandemic situation sometimes getting parts or repairing the product might get delayed.

    Regarding your query i would suggest you to contact Acer support in your region.
