Laptop performance while charging

Hello!
I have an Acer Nitro 5 that is working very well.
I have only one problem: when I'm playing without having the computer charged on, the temps are around 50-60 °C and the fans are around 2000-3000 RPM.
When I'm playing with the computer that is being charged, the temps are around 55-60°C BUT the fans are around 3500-4500 RPM.
I'm worried about this fact, because the fans can be damaged soonly and the lifespan is reduced. Is there anything I can do to maintan the performances of my PC being charged the same as when being not charged?
