As of late I have problem with my laptop, whether I have headphones on audio output jack or not and whether I have mic connected via input jack or not.

And as of late, it starts to make a weird noise through the audio and mic jacks, whether I have extra monitor plugged or not and whether I have mic/headphones plugged or not.

Any idea what causes it and no it's all cleaned from dust and I just took it apart a few days ago.

The Default sound device is the Realtek High Definition Audio Speakers STT

The Default output device is Microphone Realtek High Definition Audio STT

It stops after I disable the devices one by one and the most times it's the default audio one - as I disable that the sound stops.

Right click speaker icon in tray. Click open sound settings. Click realtek device properties. Click additional device properties near bottom of box. Click advanced tab. Click CD or DVD quality. Jack E/NJ
