My acer nitro 5 wont turn on, even when sometimes its on only like 10% of keys in keyboard work.

Hello i bought this laptop in february and until in september it was turned only 4-5 times no problems but after it came in my hands and used daily, in week in and i have a problem it wont turn on
i panicked and just holded the power button for 30 sec maybe didnt work i just tryed again and i worked but ever since i have problems when its turned on, only 10% keys in keyboard work and when its turned off its hard to turn on.(didnt drop, didnt hit it with anything,didnt drop liquid by mistake,turned of when i finished my work on it)and my model is --Nitro AN517-51--.
it might be wrong but my model doesnt have pin hole only the older ones have it,saw some saying about that if you press X-C-V-D-F bc there is pressurized micro-switch somewhere in the middle of the keyboard.
I tryed that i worked in the second week but not its working if you have anyinformation it would be awesome.
