Why my new Acer Swift 3 SF314-41 gets so hot?

Hi everyone, couple week ago I bought this laptop but since first use I noticed CPU temperature getting really high doing simple tasks.
Here is a screenshot taken while writing this, what can I do? I also noticed that if I rotate the laptop upside down the better airflow cools everything down back to normal values (40-50 C) but obviously I need to use it with the openings looking down the table.
Is maybe some assembling error? Like the heatsink is not properly touching the cpu or maybe the airflow is in some way obstructed (not by dust since is new)?
Thanks in advance for your help!

There could easily be a void with paste around it that would give the symptom. Acer support, if it's been too long since purchase, is likely your best bet right now.

Yeah, I'd guess there's a void in the thermal paste between the heat sink and the CPU. If it were a fan issue turning it over wouldn't make much of a difference. Contact your vendor if it's still in that window and get a replacement, or contact Acer support and have them fix it if outside the window.

I've just got the laptop checked, the heatsink is properly placed and there is enough thermal paste, so what could be the problem?

Did they replace the thermal paste?

No, a friend of mine that repairs laptops as job cheched that thermalpaste was there and there wasn’t any gap, he didn’t replace it to not void warranty
