Acer One 10 2 in 1 pc running windows 10 32 bit. I've had this thing for a few years. It sat in a storage unit for a while. Lost the charger, bought a new one. It charges, the light comes on, power button works, and everything boots fine. As soon as I unplug it, the screen goes black but it seems to still be running. Last night, I updated bios and drivers and windows updates upon windows updates but nothing has changed. I opened up the back and reseated all my ribbon cables. As long as it stays plugged in it works fine but the screen flickers a bit. I found that turning down brightness and running night light mode lessened the flickering significantly but didnt altogether get rid of it. What could be my issue here?

Sounds to me like the battery has gone south on you. From an elevated command prompt do "powercfg /batteryreport" and then look in C:\Windows\System32 for the battery-report.html file. Open that in your browser to see what it says.
