Hello.
I bought Acer Nitro (NPMCE1100G) mouse as a new product (I'm the first user). After few days it started to lose connection with my laptop (Acer Nitro 5). The mouse was glowing like it had power, but the pointer was not moving on the screen, I also couldn't switch DPI. Laptop was working normally, there were no system problem. I've switched it to different USB port, I've also tried on my other laptops (Dell and Lenovo) - it was the same.
I've tried to find drivers to install, but I haven't found anything on Acer website. It seems to be a common plug-and-play device.
Did anyone had the same problem? Or maybe there is someone, who have an idea what to do to make it work normally?

Regards,
Shejku

    Hi @Shejku

You can try to un install and re install the mouse or the other pointing devices drivers from the device manager in Windows 10.

How to Uninstall and Reinstall Mouse Drivers in Windows 10

After you un install the driver you need to reboot the computer to re install the drivers.

Hope it will help you in some way.
