I installed a brand new sandisk ssd into my acer aspire 3, and in bios it does detect the new storage
but after installing windows from a USB after it prompts to restart the computer it boots back to the USB
and asks to install windows like nothing happened, upon restarting again I checked bios to see that
even with the ssd detected it is still not bootable.
My old hard drive works it boots back to windows like nothing happened and I checked the ssd itself to make sure it works
in my desktop and it does there as well, How do i fix this?

    (1) Did you remove the USB installation stick when you tried to boot from the new SSD?
    (2) Did you prepare the Win10 USB installation stick with Microsoft's media creation tool?

I did remove the usb three times, the first time I just let the installation run its course i turned off the laptop and removed the usb and booted it up
    same result
second time i cleared the ssd ran the installation, right after the restart screen when tool reboots your laptop I removed it again and same result

and then third time I cleared ssd again, ran installation, when it got to the reboot screen I let it reboot and then pressed the bios key to check bios and the boot priority and did not see the ssd there after installation.
and yeah I prepared it using the media creation tool, using the USB option instead of the iso

did it like two times after that just letting the tool install and i kept seeing only the usb in the priority queue, but the ssd was still detected under sata 0.

I'm going to clear and then use the creation tool again on the USB and see what happens I'll edit this message if it gets fixed!

Put the old HDD back in. Turn the machine on and immediately start mashing the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Please post phonephotos of the BIOS Information tab if possible. Jack E/NJ
