Hi there, I have a problem with my Acer Nitro 5 notebook model AN515-54.

It turns out that my AC charger works perfectly, but when I play demanding games like Battlefield 5 it shuts itself off. When I plug it back into the notebook it doesn't charge, it only works again when I unplug it directly from the power outlet. The problem is that it disconnects again, only works normally after closing the game.
Is there a problem with my notebook? the charge input? or is it simply that the ac charger is not providing the necessary power? the ac charger is original

What is the BIOS version you have installed, try installing the latest version
