The Boot time significantly increased from 4 to  41 sec

Hey there,

So my laptop (Acer Swift 3 SF315-52-87R5) had a charging port issue I had sent it back to the manufacturer where they had replaced the motherboard after receiving the laptop everything works fine there is no issue with the laptop.

I gave it fresh install of windows 10 and updated the drivers only issue I am facing is when the laptop turn on there is a 30 sec blank screen then I see the Acer Logo and laptop boots in 5 seconds and shows the login screen.

This was not the issue previously cause the bios time clearly was at 3-4 seconds and now when I see the bios time it at 41 Seconds.

I went to the bios and yes the Fast startup is on. The boot time is at 3 sec set by me.

I really don’t know what to do.

My laptop specs are

Intel - i7 8750U Ram - 8GB SSD - 256GB Graphics - Intel UHD 620 Graphics The Bios is at latest V1.08

Please guide me.

I'm guessing you have the grphics memory and SSD size swapped there. :) Where specifically does the delay happen? While the splash screen is displayed or while the balls juggle?

So when I click the power button when the laptop is shutdown. The keyboard backlight lit up and then there is a 20-30 sec dely then I see Acer Logo. Then it boots me into windows
