Hi Dear,

I have Acer switch sw713-51gnp and I am facing this issue.

after connecting the same Acer laptop Keyboard to the laptop the keyboard keeps working for 10-20 seconds after that there is no response.

Today, I was connecting the device with the same Acer laptop Keyboard and also connecting another wireless keyboard and mouse - which are working properly - and I am still facing the same after connecting the same Acer laptop Keyboard it is working for 10 - 20 seconds then there is no response. I already searched for the solution but there is no luck.

For the mouse pad, it is not working at all.

can you please guys help me in this case?

also, it is very hard to keep carrying the external keyboard and mouse all the time whereas it is very hard to keep the laptop on your leg if you have emergency work, this backside stand is not stable and i don't like it.

Try first to clean that channel the keyboard snaps into at the bottom of the tablet. Mine looked pretty clean, but was getting intermittent like that and cleaning seemed to have clear that up. It doesn't take much to keep the pogo pins from making good enough contact.
