Setting dedicated GPU as primary

Hi guys,
I currently have the integrated GPU set as primary and the dedicated one set as secondary. I'm pretty sure this prevents my laptop from having the best performances, since it has problems to run certain games and graphics programs. So I'm asking, how can I permanently set the dedicated GPU as the primary one?
Laptop model: A515-41G-19BF
Integrated GPU: Radeon R7
Dedicated GPU: RX540
I've already tried to manually force certain programs to run with the dedicated GPU from the settings (see second image) but I'd like to have a complete solution, which always makes any program to be run with the dedicated GPU. This is also because I have no power saving issues since the laptop is always connected to the electricity, I also removed the battery due to this covid situation that forces me to stay home most of the time.
Thank you for your effort,
Luca.

    Follow these steps→
→Right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option
-Set high performance power plan then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)
-Then go to change advance power settings
-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY
-then find amd graphics power settings then expand Amd powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY
-set maximum performance if you have this option available
    -Apply and ok

    Thank you for your reply,
I have a second monitor connected to my laptop (which only has a vga-input so that I can only connect it through an hdmi to vga cable) and when I completed all the steps, this monitor stopped receiveng the signal. Is it possible that these steps caused the cable to break? I'm sure that the problem is the cable, because I also tried it on a projector and it didn't work, then tried an hdmi-hdmi cable and it worked.

P.S. Of course you're not responsible for any of the issues
