Its been more than 1 month since I had handed over my 2019 predator Helios 300 to the company from where I bought it, Nepal. They say the motherboard is damaged, and  as it is under warranty they said, It would take a month to get the motherboard to claim from acer. Its been more than a month and they says its all due to airline issues caused by COVID. I got lot of college projects to do, and deadlines are coming pretty close. I still haven't done any practice yet and my semester is almost about to finish. I don't have any other laptops and computers apart from it. "Doesn't acer do anything for its customers?, Isn't 1 month a lot?

    In these days of COVID-19 delays are more the norm than the exception. It's harder to get the parts, they ship slower than normal and take longer to get through customs. :(

    Are there any, authentic branch of acer in Nepal? The company, just provided me a old laptop for temporary use, and they say they don’t have any good ones too.
