Go to this link to create a Win10 USB installation flash drive. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then install Win10. If you have a license linked to another machine then activation will likely involve transferring it to this machine or paying for a new license if the a315 did not come with factory-installed OEM Win10.
