    Hi ibyou,

Can you post a video of the sound that your unit generates, I can't really hear anything from the video you shared. Have you tried contacting your local Acer support to report this? the Acer community is not a direct portal to Acer support so for any issues that is not software, any advice that you will receive here will not fix your issue unless you're trying to open the unit and fix it yourself (warranty may be voided).

    Support: https://www.acer.com/ac/uk/UA/content/service-contact

    Thanks,
    Acer-Manny

I have the same issue as well it called Coil whine. it is sound directly produced by materials vibrating under the excitation of electromagnetic forces.
There is not much you can do, if it bothers you that much i recommend you just get a replacement from acer.

Just to be sure i say turnoff the fan using predatorSence and see if you can hear it.
