Delayed after sales service Acer swift

Team Acer,
I am a student of class XI and for online classes purchased your laptop Acer swift 3 laptop model SF313-52-53QN in Aug'20. Within a month time screen goes off and submitted in your Janakpuri, Delhi service centre on dated 16/10/2020 with ticket no.- 3713160I. Since then I repeatedly calling your customer care and service centre but nobody is sharing any concrete date for repair. Due to delay in repair of my laptop, I could not attend my online classes and my studies are badly affecting and any further delay in repair of laptop will have a long lasting impact on same.
I pray to pl hear my request and arrange to repair my laptop on priority.

    I am sorry to say that this is a peer to peer forum so Acer themselves will not see your message. I wonder if they are having issues getting parts in? I k ow that customs in many countries are running much, much slower than normal due to the pandemic, but don't know if India is affected as much as other countries.
