Hi!

Before I begin I want to say that this started from a accident where the screen got wrecked.
The problem is, the screen is backlit but i'm not getting an image. I tried to connect the laptop to a secondary screen, which proved that the laptop is working.
Afterwards I changed the screen with one from an older laptop (luckly it has 30 pin connector/edp not sure how it's called) and I changed the screen cable as well(since the screen was flickering before that accident).

1 month or so later the screen had began flickering worse(at that point I believed that the cable change wasn't needed) and few days later the screen wasn't showing anything.
I disassembled the laptop and checked the motherboard video connector, and gave it a few taps with a pen, the screen gave a short image as I stroke the connector.
I didn't want to bother anymore so I got a new monitor mainly to use as a combo(Laptop screen and tv).

My question is, maybe it is the connector on the motherboard, or the motherboard end of the cable? Because I inspected them visually and they look fine to me.
And the laptop is out of warranty, just so you know before saying "send it to warranty".
