Hello all. I have this Acer unit that mostly works very well. When we turned on the unit one time we got a No Bootable Device message. When I pressed F2 to see if BIOS was seeing the drive, I see it reads it as HDD1 and NOT HDD0. My particular unit can not support any M.2 drives. It ONLY supports SATA drives. I have tried known good and working SATA drives and SSD drives both read as good in other windows based units. So I have a computer, that will read the only drive allowed to be connected as the slave and not the master. I have disconnected the battery and let it sit overnight, I have tried the reset button, again, I have tried known-good drives. And this system will NOT let me change from UEFI to Legacy. It's been a long time since I was a tech but I am still pretty handy here but I would love some advice.
