Good day!

First, I'm sorry if in case I choose the wrong board for this topic.
I need your help or recommendation please, what is the recommended or compatible SSD for this laptop.
What is the maximum capacity?
If in case that I will upgrade this, do I need to bring it to Acer local service center or any technician will do? And last and very important of all, this is only two weeks from the date of purchase, will this void my warranty?

Thanks in advance.

The drive Interface is a SATA type version SATA 3 - 6Gb/s. The memory or RAM that your Aspire A315-42 can take is a max of 32GB DDR4 SODIMM that fits into the 2 by slots of its 2 banks of 1 bank for memory or RAM SODIMM's. Have a look at all the compatible RAM and SSD’s that is suitable for your Aspie A315-42 here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/acer/aspire-a315-42 the warranty will not be void as you are not modifying anything with an upgrade to your SSD or RAM and/or are physically changing anything of the laptop.

A hard disk drive or RAM is not a modification of the physical hardware of your laptop like e.g. cpu, gpu or mainboard or any main components, its like changing oil on your vehicle. Also, if you have the expertise and you don’t damage any components then you can do/change the SSD and RAM yourself but, if you want to take it to an Acer Service Centre then that is even better or if its your local technician then that is ok too, its up to you?

Btw, with Win-10 the spinner HDD or an SSD if its format is MBR/Legacy the limit is 2GB and if its formt is GPT/UEFI the limit is between 2TB to 16TB but, that is also if the disk is a new one and no previous data has been saved on it.
