What is happening at Acer in Russia???

Hello!
I Bought a ConceptD laptop with a screen matrix defect. 3 times passed it to the service center.
1st time returned with the diagnosis " no problems found",
The 2nd time was returned with the note "Repair made" (but the problem is not solved), the
3rd time the repair time was exceeded (more than 60 days instead of 45 by law).
I wrote an application for recognition of the laptop as non-repairable for a refund (according to the legislation of the Russian Federation), and there has been no response for 2 weeks.
The service center says that everything depends on the response from Acer ( there is still no response).
Also, no information is given to me on the official website of the company in my service ticket 200729-003632.
In the official group vk.com they are also silent.I'm the only one asking questions and getting no answers.
Please deal with your support service. I bought a laptop and can't use it for more than 3 months.
And now I can't return the money for the purchase and I will have to contact lawyers.
