Terrible customer service!

I wanted to ask a question about an old laptop, but...
1. Acer has NO email address that I can find ANYWHERE on the website.  Even an internet search did not help.
2. I tried Chat (https://us.answers.acer.com/app/chat/chat_launch), but I received this:
     "Our records indicate the serial number you have entered is no longer eligible for warranty support."
I KNOW THIS, but I still cannot ask a question (that has nothing to do w/the warranty)?

Customer service plays a high roll when I decide to buy new computing equipment.  And in my experience, Acer does a 
TERRIBLE job.
And to NOT have a customer service email nowadays?  That's just stupid in my book.
