So I have seen Alot, Alot of people with heat issues with this laptop (me being one) I would like to share with what I did and worked for me to maybe help others in the same situation.

I want to Pre face with use my advice with a grain Of salt and make your own decisions in what you want to do with your own system, But I will say this has brought my temps down significantly with stability and very little performance loss as most if not all my games run 120+ FPS at ultra settings I will list below what I Play and FPS of each I Do only run a 1920x1080 monitor

Let me start with my system specs
Predator-PH315-53
intel core i-7 10750H
bios version/date insyde corp. V1.01, 4/27/2020
geforce RTX 2060

Download throttle stop

1. Setting under volt
when throttle stop boots up click FIVR (bottom right)
top of screen click cpu core (FIVR control box)
tick unlock adjustable voltage and slide the offset voltage down to -111.3
now in the FIVR contol box click CPU cache and again tick unlock adjustable voltage and slide the offest value down to -111.3
In bottom right make sure OK - save voltage immediately is ticked click apply

2. Setting turbo Ratio limits
In the same FIVR GUI in the bottom left there will be a box titles Turbo ratio limits
on core one set to 43
core two set to 42
core three to 41
core four to 40
core five to 39
core six to 38

If this still isn't lowering temps to what you want try setting the turbo limits one tick at a time to a lower value always maintaining this flow.... i.e if you start with core one at 42 core six should be 37

People will argue that this is taking performance a way I do not see it.
Apparently as I`m finding out this will not work with bios 1.06+ So my suggestion if aint broke dont update!!

screen shot:

Some games I play:  (all on high/ultra settings) 1920x1080

cs-go 240+ fps
GTAV 120+ FPS
battlefield V 140+ FPS
star wars battle front 2 130+ FPS
titan fall 2 140+ FPS
Crysis 2 120+ FPS

all these games temp spikes max at 72 average 52
Idle as you can see in screen shot 36-41

Hope this helps some folks out
I love this laptop I think it is a beast! Not out the gate as my temps were spiking at 95+ and thermal throttling but with a few tweaks this thing has handled anything I throw at it. I have never needed to overclock!

Any other questions feel free to ask.
