Its so bad company, my acer predator laptop charger is not charging , and i still have my warranty, when i call them the reply was : we don’t send chargers outside USA and we cant help you, (i bought the laptop from USA to outside USA) , before I bought it they told me that the warranty will be okay if i was outside USA, im so upset about it.and i have 6 days looking for the same charger in my country and i did not find it.

Im like as you shipped me the laptop to outside USA just ship me the charger just like that.

Im really upset of this , i did not thought that this will happened because I thought that you are so good for your customers...

i was planning to buy the new acer predator helios 700 but after this im sure im not going do buy from you again, i wont waste my money again .

    Hi Mag99,

I’m sorry that you’re having issues with the charger on your Predator laptop. Acer’s warranty is valid only in the region where the product was marketed in. You can read all the terms and conditions of the warranty here.

In this case I would suggest contacting your local Acer Support organization to inquire about the availability of a compatible power adapter for your location.

I would like to clarify that the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer forum discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users.

Note: We will be closing this thread.

    Best Regards,
