I have an Acer Aspire a315-53-50y7 laptop that runs windows 10 64 bit. The OEM wireless/Bluetooth adapter is a Qualcomm QCA9377. It has a peak speed of 433mbps, so I wanted to upgrade.

I thought would be as simple as getting a faster chip with the same form factor. I purchased an Intel 8265 and installed it. The network speed were great however the Bluetooth capability couldn't be recognized by device manager.

There were no bios updates involving Bluetooth but I updated anyway. I also tried various Bluetooth drivers from both acer and Intel.  When comparing the spec sheets, linked below, I noticed there seems to be a different system interface type for the Bluetooth.

The OEM wireless adapter appears to be UART/PCM. While the upgrade/replacement Intel lists its as BT(USB)

Are these totally incompatible types?
Can I make it work through some sort setting or program change?
If not, how can I focus my search for a replacement that would maintain the Bluetooth capability and speed up the wireless capability
