I've owned 2 of these monitors for some time now (almost 3 years) and for the past year give or take I've had noticeable burn-in on the top corners of the monitors.

It's hard to see clearly on the image, but it's very noticeable in person (I've gotten comments about it from dorm roommates and family), with visible icon details and text underneath burnt in permanently, even when changing input sources. This is visible whenever I turn on the monitors, regardless of what they are connected to.

Is there a way to get these replaced, or to get store credit for them, without having to send them in? I use both for school since everything is remote now, and having lectures on one monitor while coding on the second is pretty much necessary at this point.
As long as I can get replacements or store credit without sending them in first, I can continue using these Acer monitors as a happy camper until then. That, and being in college of course makes me a bit strapped for cash, so buying outright replacements isn't likely to happen unless I can get something for these first.
