I bought an aoc c24g1 monitor with these connections:

My laptop has only HDMI 2.0 port but the monitor has HDMI 1.4 which doesn't support 144hz FHD.
What is the best way to connect the monitor to my laptop and get the 144hz and FHD experience?
Should I buy an adapter or something and which one? do you have recommendations?

    Hi @yoyoG11

You can try to connect the monitor via a display port and check for the high refresh rate support.

Hope it will help you in some way.

I'm sorry I'm usually not that guy but read the ops first sentence....

Hdmi 1.3 + supports 144hz tho not all monitors do.... hook it up and go into your GPu settings and select your resolution and see if 144hz is an option. Make sure you are using a 1.4+ hdmi cable
