I bought an ssd to change hdd but found a problem.

    We are going to need more information... What computer do you have? Did you clone your HDD to the SSD before installing it? Which software did you use for cloning?

    I did not clone data from hdd to ssd because my hhd is already broken.

    OK, you are going to need to boot from a Windows install flash drive and do the install. The PXE boot you see is only launched because there is no OS to boot from yet. Download the latest Windows (20H2 or 2009) from Microsoft and create the flash drive, then check in your BIOS to see whether you need to disable secure boot and turn on the F12 boot menu.
