Model name: AN515-44-R99Q.
The laptop is about 2 months old, and I am not happy with buying it. Since after purchasing, I am facing a lot of problems. I have already contracted with the Acer online team, they marked it as hardware issue and asked me to send it to them as I have warranty. But it's not possible because this laptop was purchased from USA and I live in a country where there is no Acer's repair center.

Problem:

After turning on the laptop, bluetooh doesn't show up. I tried to open it from System Settings, but there is no On/Off tab in the bluetooth. So when I try to shut down /restart my laptop to fix issue this, I face these:
  • During shutdown: Screen goes black, keyboard lights up, fans are spinning.
  • During restart: Stuck at Restart screen. Tried waiting at least 15mins, nothing changes.
So I have to force shutdown holding power button each time  I face these and I don't think this is any good for my device.
I don't face this issue often. Sometimes everything works properly.
