The customer’s 4710 has been around for several years, and overall there is no problem. But one day, his 3-year-old kid's water glass tipped over to the power button and keyboard. I took the computer back from him and tried to turn it on again, and the keyboard no longer worked. (This means nothing happens when I press the keyboard) I don't know what to do, or even where to start. So hope someone can help me.

If it was only water, you can probably salvage it by baking in a toaster oven for an hour or two at its lowest warm setting. If not, you can replace it with a new one for less than $15 with free shipping if you're willing to wait 2-3 weeks. Jack E/NJ
