This will be my last attempt at finding a solution before I just go buy a new computer. Quite frustrated that after posts of my own, and reading many many similar posts from others in the community, that this issue has remained unsolved for this long.

My Acer Nitro 515-51 has an issue where charging repeatedly turns on and off. This issue effects any and all cpu heavy tasks I attempt to do since switching to battery power causes performance limitations, dropped fps, keyboard light turns off, and that god awful beeping noise. Then when it switches back to charging for full performance, it takes a second to update whatever I'm doing to be at full performance again. The constant cycle of poor to good performance makes working and gaming on this computer practically impossible.

Before anyone suggests it, yes, I have done many, many battery resets. I have updated my bios. I purchased a new ac charger. I've checked my battery wear. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ACPI and regular battery drivers. I've opened it up and cleaned the fans, checked for anything that would be obstructing the charger, I made sure that little black button in the storage compartment is pushed down. I've even tried undervolting.

I feel like I've tried every single suggestion I have seen that was recommended to solve this issue and literally nothing has worked. The only thing I can even think of is just buying a new battery, but at this point I'm tired of trying to fix it and might as well just buy a new computer instead of putting more money into this one.

If there is an actual solution out there that ACTUALLY works, and not just some cookie-cutter blanket statement default forum post response solution, please let me know. Thanks.
