This is the screenshot from my replaced Predator Helios 300 PH315-52dm. My previous machine used to have an ACER logo in the manufacturer section. But this unit does not have it, also this system has windows 10 2004 by default instead of 1909 0r 1809. Is there any way to get genuine acer flavoured windows back on this system (with acer logo)?

I want to install the previous version of windows, as all the drivers are not compatible with windows 10 2004. But I don't want to make any mistake that will void my 2yr extended warranty. Also, there is no OEM partition on the SSD. will it create any problems while reinstalling windows?
To my knowledge there is no compatibility issue with the current windows 10 2004 build with any of the drivers as of now I'm using it too. What's the issue you are having with drivers and formatting windows 10 won't void your warranty in any way, so don't worry about that OEM partition.
I have the following issues with the Windows 10 2004
    1. Many older NVIDIA drivers are not supported (older ones give more fps)
    2. Headphone jack detection issue (to get it detected I have to reboot the machine with Headphone plugged in.)
    3. High temperatures while gaming( CPU: 89-94C   GPU: 84C constant )
    4. Cracking sound from the speakers at high volume.
    5. Longer boot time
I haven't come across any of these issues, but who knows windows and its weird issues.
I would suggest you to get a untouched 1909 or 1809 iso and clean install it with older drivers, if there is any machine with older build get the iso from it using microsoft iso tool creator then clean install it.
Don't worry about the warranty, changing OS won't void warranty.

Just for the sake of Logo and name you can use "OEM Brander"  or else if you have a recovery image you can use that.

Another note for the higher temperatures, What particular model are you on ?
If on latest 2020 Predator Helios 300 model it'll be because of the overclock they did and if on 2019 model probably change the thermal paste if not, factory TIMs aren't great for gaming after an year it most probably be dried out.
