I am currently using an Acer AN515-54 gaming laptop with I5 8300h and gtx 1650. I am recently facing heating issues with my laptop. Just for watching some videos on youtube, my pc temps reach 90 and 85 respectively for CPU and GPU what do I do to lower my temperature. My friend has the same pc and he gets better frames while playing but I don't he gets around 120-150 fps but my fps stays at 60. What do I do please help me.

→Use good quality thermal paste like MX-4 2019 edition or grizzly kryonaut
→You also need to isopropyl alcohol 70%+ to clean old thermal paste
(You can watch some YouTube video about cleaning thermal paste)
Now listen carefully open your laptop then first remove heat sink and clean fans and air vents
    Follow this video→

Now before applying new thermal paste make sure you clean old thermal paste completely

After cleaning don't apply to much thermal paste on it just use X method on chip(on both CPU/GPU draw X in this way that paste do not spread out after assembling). After applying thermal paste don't remove heat sink again.
