You can install another 4GB DDR4 module 2133MHz frequency speed or higher for less than $20USD to give you 8GB RAM. You can also install up to two 16GB DDR4 modules in each RAM socket for a maximum of 32GB RAM for about $120USD. You may also install two 8GB DDR4 modules for 16GB RAM for about $60USD. You have many choices.  See link  below for complete specs on many options. Doesn't matter what speed or brand (Crucial, Kingston, Corvair, Samsung, Micron, Hynix, etc) you buy, they will all work at 2133MHz the top speed of your laptop's mainboard. So shop by price not speed. Jack E/NJ

You should be able to replace the 2.5" HDD with just about any 2.5" SSD up to about 2TB with no issues. You should also be able to add any m.2 SATA3 or NVME card up to about 2TB with no issue. Manufacturers like WesternDigital(WD), Samsung, Crucial, Toshiba, Seagate all make good SSDs that should work fine in your machine. Jack E/NJ
