Hopeless service of inferior ACER product

I am in South Africa but my daughter, a professional, purchased a laptop from Acer store in London but within a short period of time the fan started to make a very bad noise. THIS IS A BRAND NEW MACHINE.

This child of mine leaves London for Cayman Islands on Thursday 29 October so this is VERY URGENT.

The obvious anger I am experiencing is because my daughter has tried to get sense out of your telephone support and local store with NO RESULT. Emailing LAST WEEK did not help so she phoned this AM and was told when they refused to assist that she could not speak to a manager!

I tried to ring the number provided from South Africa my self and just hung on and hung on until I had no choice but to end the VERY EXPENSIVE international call!

Customer service is clearly not something you care too much about. They should be bending over backwards to resolve this!
