I need help finding a battery and fan for my Acer Aspire R5-571TG. Apparently Acer doesn't support this anymore because it is 3 years old, which is insane since it works great other than the two hardware problems which are normally easy to fix. I will not buy another Acer product because of the disrespect they show their customers after they have got our money!!!!!
EDIT: Just in case an ACER rep sees this, I need to be completely honest. I loved my Acer until the fan started making noise and I found out your company wouldn't help me locate a new fan (and battery). Now I am shopping for a new laptop in the $1000-$1400 dollar range and all I know is that I will not be buying it from Acer. I will likely buy my new laptop from HP just because your company would not help me locate a fan or battery for the computer you sold me...just think about how much money you must be losing thanks to your **** support. I have a HP gaming computer and that company helps me out with any problem I have!!
