Hello, I have an Acer Nitro 5 with core i5 9300h, Nvidia gtx 1650. So I think that the temperatures are so high. Almost all the time I have 70-80 C° using 15% of the CPU
(Attached image). I have been using Intel XTU and when I star running the stress test the utility notifies me thermal throttling with just 5 seconds into the test.
What can I do? Is it normal?

Thanks gamers

This is a normal thing with modern gaming laptops and the Acer Nitro 5, if your lptop overheats it will automatically turn off. You could check that the fans are not clogged with felt/dust and that the cpu/gpu might need repasting also, as that is a cause of overheating. Also you can use a tablet cooler as that helps to inject extra cold air into your Acer Nitro 5 to keep it cool.

There is no magical pill to fix overheating like desktops where you can use water cooling and/or bigger cpu and case fans. Laptops are restrictive and unless you are prepared to do drastic case mods then the above is all you can do,as Acer design is at the limit of what your Acer Nitro 5 was designed for.
