I am unable to undervolt my laptop, intel xtu and throttlestop won't work.
I found out that it's because of my BIOS
is there any way to downgrade it?

I'm not sure these predator's are downgrade compatible, try contacting acer service center or wait for someone who did downgrade but never listen to anyone on saying downgrade is possible unless you saw it somewhere legit otherwise could end up with bricked device.
Least you can do is wait for another bios update but that could take couple of months.

Which BIOS version have you got?

    Version 1.07

“1.Improve some i7 CPU compatibility issue” or the

    Version 1.06

    1. Update ME FW 14.0.37.1165 for 20H1.

    2. Update Insyde solution CVE-2020-5955/ CVE-2020-5954/ CVE-2020-5951 for 20H1.

I wouldn’t undervolt or downgrade the BIOS. You don’t need undervolt as it’s a problematic way and affects your CPU. Try to cool your laptop by means of a good tablet cooler and clean fans and repaste your CPU/GPU. Don’t try and fix something that aint broke.
