It's been an year since I've bought this laptop.
I've worked on the laptop before to clean the fans and the vents as I was just out of warranty.
Approximately 2 - 3 weeks after this, the CPU fan started to rattle. (IK what a normal fan sounds like, this is not that usual Predator Laptops are loud / Owl wing design is noisy kinda rant, no offense and i was super delicate during cleaning process + this ones a normal plastic fan)
So I tightened up the screws even more, the noise got a lot duller.
After a day or two, started making alot of noise, yet again.
This used to happen only between 1980 - 2300 RPM.
In theory the fan may move slightly downwards as the air is being sucked from underneath, then it doesn't make noise, or maybe its just in a hovering position so it doesn't touch anything.
But when the speed becomes low, it retracts back to its initial position, where it touches something.
To eliminate it from touching any possible wires, I gave it enough slack, no result.
I opened up everything again, cleaned every part, used motor oil to lubricate the stem of the fan.
This did not solve it, i tried it twice with the same result.
Then i noticed a small gap between the fan plate with the hole and the base plate with the hub, cause the screw would just never go all the way in.
So i tightened this, it sounded okish for a day, same thing again, being tired, tightened the screw which had the gap first, tried it, for a little while ok, same problem later.

WARNING - JANKY SOLUTIONS INCOMING :
So i taped a few cotton balls to the bottom of each screw and the support posts for the fan. I also filled the gap which could have been an issue with a specific screw where the plate maybe vibrating with the screw head, so i twisted around the screw cotton strings to fill that gap. Also placed a few paper pieces.

Worked great for almost a week. Then ofc, same thing, tried tissues this time around, with no progress, so the casing/plate isn't the problem.
I spun the fan (disconnected) and i could feel it being wobbly.
I've also tried lubing the area where the fan may be touching - rims, no difference obviously (calm down i cleaned it right after that).

I've also taped every loose flap/wire just to be sure if its something other than the fan making that sound - nope.

I know I've been beating around the Bush, but i just wanted people to know that i've tried alot and i was initially going to post this here as a temporary janky fix if anyone out there is facing a similar issue. But it doesn't last that long, maybe the whole assembly is dying. Maybe just the fan is ever so slightly bent.
So if anyone has similar issues and thought of trying these, here you go.

Ironically, I'm working on a project based on reducing fan noise and i need to give a presentation in the next couple of days for the same on this laptop.
Needless to say, this would be EMBARRASING to say the least.
Now it makes sound at even at 3.3K RPM so i cant really use Custom RPM settings without everyone being annoyed.
Don't get me wrong, I love this laptop and will continue to as well.
I'm just defeated, I can't replace the fan rn, if anyone has any other solutions, please let me know, I'd be greatfull.
