FPS drops when playing nitro 5 AN515-42

So I had this acer nitro 5 AN515-42 over a year, lately I have been experimenting some "agressive" fps drops when im playing AoT2 or Nier Automata, the last time I played those  game they ran at 30 stable fps, but now the the game freezes or drops at 10-15 fps for a long time then go back at 30 fps and again at 10-15 fps ruining the experince and desire to play.

I have changed the thermal paste because it was overheating but it helped to drop 10-20 celsius degrees on iddle (from 50-55 celsius iddle to 33-38 celsiuus iddle), updated all drivers, activated high performance on power options (set all to maximum performance, obviously play with the ac adapter connected), tried with the windows graphic settings on windows and set manually all games on high performance.

I played League of Legends and it was 60 fps stable on all maxed and about 50 celsius before, but now with the thermal paste changed its 50-55 fps and 80 celsius degrees. (I usually dont care about fps and that but 10-15 fps on games that i used to play at 30 fps and sudden these weird drops its kinda annoying.

my windows version is 2004 (comp. 19041.572), amd 2500u, rx560x, 12 GB ram, 250 SSD, 1 TB HDD, radeon drivers 20.9.2 (I know 20.10.1 its out but I dont think it may help that much because in the release notes the didnt mention anything about improving performance on this graphic card).
