Why does acer suck?

I've paid $160 to be on hold currently for an hour and 32 minutes without any help.

    I'm guessing you are in the queue for support? Remember they're all working from home still and going through a pretty cobbled together phone system, since all the internal lines needed to be forwarded to home lines...
