Predator PH315-53 CPU Fan Speed

Is it normal that my laptop CPU fan speed stays at 4914rpm? It was going 5000rpm but decreased somewhere after 3 hours of gaming. My GPU goes over 6000RPM and stays very cool unlike the CPU, which gets really hot, like around 80-86c while gaming on low settings. Should I get it repair or purchase a cooling pad and vacuum cooler?

i have ph315-53 too, the cpu fan speed only maxed out at 5000rpm, i think its normal
other ph315-53 users says , its also does that

you need to undervolt and limt the clockspeed. since the i7 10th gen is really hot
