I have been struggling with issues with this monitor since I got it. Advertised as 1440p 144Hz, but whenever I run at 144 Hz I get a black screen with blue LED on. OSD are not functional in this state, all monitor buttons are non-responsive, and the only way to reset is to unplug. It seems to happen less and less with decreasing refresh rate and lower resolutions. For example, I timed the monitor from on to failure:

1440p 144Hz: 5 seconds

1440p 120Hz: 1 minutes

1440p 100Hz: 90 minutes

1440p 60Hz: Seemingly stable so far

1080p 144Hz: 10 seconds

900p 144Hz: 1 minutes

720p 144Hz: 3 minutes

600p 144Hz: 6 minutes

I have tried using DP 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 and both yielded identical results. Have tried on two different PCs, one with a GTX 1060 6GB and the other with a Quadro P2000. Both running Windows 10.

I have clean drivers, turning G-sync on/off, neither of those appeared to impact the results.

I even tried using an alternative power supply for the monitor with the same voltage rating, and got the same result.

Hoping someone out there has had similar issues. Really hoping the monitor itself is not DoA, but leaning toward that conclusion now...
