It is very consfusing in the GRUB menu there is no option to boot from usb and when i go to the command line to type a command like this: set root (hd0,msdos1) Chainloader +1 boot.. Am i using the right command please help me fix my Aspire laptop

If you only booted from the USB but didn't try to install PrimeOS, then shut the machine off and simply remove the USB stick. Then turn it back on again. Jack E/NJ

Sorry I booted it from the flash drive to the internal storage device. Is there a way I can swap out internal storage

That sounds like you actually installed the Prime operating system on the internal drive from the flash drive. If you chose to install it alongside Win10, grubx64 should present a 10-second timer screen immediately after the logo screen to allow you to select & boot Win10.  If you chose to install it instead of Win10, then Win10 must be re-installed using Microsoft's USB media creation tool by clicking on Win 10 recovery at this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery  And yes, you have the option of removing the internal HDD or SSD and swapping it for another HDD or SSD but you will still have to install Win10 on the new drive.
