Hello
I have just purchased a Acer K222HQLbid monitor. When I connect with an HDMI cable to my Mac the screen is coming up pink. Can anyone advise what adaptor I need to purchase so I can connect to the monitor without the screen going pink?  Many thanks! :)

This is happening to me too with a KA2220HQ monitor! I have a Macbook Air 2020 and I am using an HDMI and USBc adapter and there is a pink tinge to the monitor. I called Acer and the guy couldn't help me. Weird!

Jeeez really? I chatted to Apple today and they said the same thing. I might take it in to a Genius Bar as someone told me it might be a graphics card problem. I’m also using a 2020 MacBook Air. Really annoying :(
