Hello friends,

what do we do after creating the repair request?

Do I have to wait to receive an email with my chronopost label or how is it going? Does Acer will contact me by their own ??

I would like it to happen quickly, my 2 year warranty expires soon so I tried to start a chat to speak to an ACER advisor but their contact form is buggy .....

    Did they tell you that you will be getting a shipping label? If not you can contact Acer with the case ID number provided to you to get a clarification on this.
