I have an Aspire E 1-470 P Laptop. Since it was not functioning properly I reset it to factory settings. Now I am facing the following problems
a) The cursor hangs intermittently
b) While the cursor is working smoothly, some keys on keypad don't work. The keys that do not work are - space-bar, numeral 1 and 3, alphabets b, p, t, j etc...
c) When the cursor is hung all the keys work smoothly.
This is a strange problem that most service technicians are not able to figure out.
Has anyone on this platform faced such a problem and does anyone have a solution.

Open ControlPanel. Search 'restore point' Click 'create a restore point'  In the box that pops up, is SystemProtection turned on? If yes, click SystemRestore button. Click next. Are any restore point listed since you reset the machine? Jack E/NJ
