Nitro Not Working (model AN515-43)

I have just reinstalled windows on my laptop (model AN515-43) and ive reinstalled Nitro using the acer support center, but when i click on the application to load it up, it doesnt load. However, in Task Manager the PSAdminAgent Process is running. This has only been happening since i reinstalled windows a day or so ago. Does anyone know how to fix this?
